Hi Petrina
This is just my opinion.
It is easier to transfer books from a CD on to an ordinary MP3 player than on
to an IPod shuffle.
The problem with the shuffle is that windows won't see it as a drive making it
difficult to copy files on to it which is why extra software is needed to
transfer stuff to itt.
If you try to plug your husband's MP3 player into your computer and you can see
it in windows explorer, it would be the easier option to use his MP3 player.

Joan Ann.

      Hi all,

Excuse my ignorance, but can anyone help me with this. My teenager can't (or
won't!) I know there has been a bit on the list about this, but it didn't
apply to me at the time.

I got an apple ipod shuffle for a present (1gigabyte) and my husbnad bot an
MP3 player (1gigabyte( Now I haven't a clue, but what I want to know is can I
put books on CD onto the ipod or would I be better doing a swap with my husbnad?

Happpy new year to all and hope the now isn't hampering you too much and you
are enjoying it.

  Best wishes,
  Petrina
