Hi Vincent,

I recently downloaded the latest version from the link below and have no
problem working with the menu bar, try downloading it from the link below
and install then see if its any better.

hello folks. 
 
does anyone use audacity. if so can you tell me how to get to the tool bars
at the top of the screen. i am trying to adjust the input volume control. i
normally do alt first then control and tab to move up and down the toolbars
but this is not working any help appreciated. or any other ways to access
toolbars
