[vip_students] changed views in outlook express

When I am using outlook express I can tab from the address book to the in
box and then to the list of folders. This is what I have been used too
Somehow my view has got changed and I no longer can tab to the address book,
it simply has disappeared. I do have the in box and the list of folders
It is on the laptop so can somebody advice me on how I could get my old view
back
