Damien,
This is the only keystroke for the elements list in NVDA.
Do you have the keyboard in laptop mode? If so, you could use the caps lock
key instead of the insert key as the NVDA key. If you turn on keyboard help
with insert+1 or with capslock+1 you will see if the elements list is
expected to be available on the laptop.
If these actions don't fix the problem, let us know what browser you are
using and which Windows OS you are using. It would help to know the model of
the laptop as well.

Does anyone know if there is an alternative keystroke to bring up the
elements list in NVDA on a laptop as the insert key plus f7 keystroke
doesn't work?
