Did it work properly for you before, online?
Which browser are you using? Fewer and fewer Web sites are supporting Internet
Explorer 8, as they get updating often enough, let alone the very pensionable
Windows Xp (and Windows Vista). Your old boat might just have run into choppy
seas on that voyage.
If it's still doable try Firefox
instead, if you haven't done so already. (You might experience better sailing
with it!) (There may be older versions of it around that still work reliably
enough with XP.)

Yes, it is 365 online that I'm using!
When I go through all the formalities and arrive on the home page, I arrow down
to Statements & press enter!
In here I tab to my account, then tab to Month, tab to Go, and press enter!
When I land here, I arrow down and it's reading my account number, Bank code
etc, this I remember from reading Statements from yesteryear!
On my arrival at the beginning of the Transactions though, that's where the
trouble begins, as I've already outlined!

Sean,
Can you explain exactly how you got to the statement and how you are reading
it? Are you reading the statement online? You could download it as an Excel
file if you wish. That would certainly put it into rows and columns.
Without knowing how you got to this point, it is difficult to advise what to do.

Try the keys, alt+right-arrow, alt+left-arrow, (move one cell right, move once
cell left); alt+up and alt+down-arrows, for move up/move down, when in a table
like that? (These keys were added in a version of JAWS to make reading tables
on the Web doable for JAWS users.)

In banking 365 I’ve gone through the procedure to read my Bank Statement!
When I arrive at the Statement, it tells me that there are for e.g. five
columns & twenty rows!
However, it appears to me as one single column, with the headings and all
transactions and no rows what so ever!
Can anybody advise me how to get my Statement read as Columns & Rows please?
I’m using Jaws ten, with Windows XP & MS Office 2007.
