Perhaps I should say that the sighted person who was with me (when i did
this on an occasion) didn't see what the password was when I pasted it
in like that. A totally blind person can have their monitor off, anyway.

Interesting one Flor, does the password then appear in the field as
black dots? rather than as text?

Hi jackie,

time was when JAWS echoed everything in the password, so there was no
protection from eavesdroppers. those days are gone. why not type your
password in Notepad, perfectly with no extra spaces, select and copy
it to clipboard, then paste it into the password field.

is there a way that I can get jaws to echo passwords, getting out of
practice using a full size keyboard can't seem to enter a password
correctly.
