Dear Mary,
At the bottom of Google's home page is the "change background image"
link. Ignore it. It's harmless. But if that's all JAWS can get out
of your browser, it might be a symptom of something else.
It happened to me once and it took a while for the penny to drop.
For some unknown reason, my browser had shrunk to the size of a
postage stamp. Open your browser, press Alt+Space to open the system
menu and then press X to maximise the window. Fixed the problem for
me and hope the same for you,
