Hi Mary,
Lots of people get this prompt so its not just jaws users. Many web pages
including Google have background images underneath the text and other items
on the page. There is a link which allows someone to change this image to
say perhaps just a blank background for easier viewing of the page or for
some other reason so don't get concerned about this as it generally doesn't
affect us too much.
