Hi Maureen, I think your problem with my instructions is that you are using a copy of kurzweil which is older than version 6 perhaps. If so then instead of looking for "microsoft word" in the list of save as file types look for "RTF" which stands for "Rich Text Format". This is also similar to the normal word file type of ".doc" and will act in the same way. Hope this helps some, if not then please contact me again and we could talk over the phone if you like.
