I think you can request it on CD if you prefer. There are various podcasts on 
Apple Vis also which I have found very useful.

Susan there is a book available from RNIB about how to use the iPhone. I am 
sure there are many on list who can help but you should also be aware that 
there are various iPhone lists. I am a member of blindapples.
