hi susan

to answer a call put two fingers together and tap the screen twice.
to make a call down the bottom left of the screen you should hear phone. when you hear this tap the screen twice to open it. then down the end of the screen above the home button you have a list of buttons across the screen. from left to right , first is favourites and then contacts tap this twice and select which contact you want to get down through the list of contacts you have to put 3 fingers together and swipe from the bottom of the screen to the top to get to the bottom of the list and the oposite way to get back to the top. to dail the contact you want tap your selection twice and then bring your finger down a little from the top until you hear the phone numberand then tap your selection twice. hope this gets you calling.
