I think that normally with this situation Jackie's suggest should have done it
for you!
Tried it on my phone earlier and
as expected I remember, what you wrote in your query was also my experience!
Should it happen again perhaps try the talks key and delete and if it doesn't
work try again!
My talks key for example is a toggle with the menu key so it's possible that
you may not have been in the talks mode whilst carrying outthe suggested task!
An old saying is: "something like it's not a good idea to "crack a nut with a
hammer"! Smile!
