Hi Susan,
I suggest you find out whats going on with Word as coming from using word
you willnot be satisfied with something as primitive as notepad and while
wordpad is a bit better it would still be best if you did a virus scan and
a
spyware scan of your PC. You can also delete the "Normal.dot" template
which
by itself may be corrupted within MS Word but after you have completed
your
scans I will tell you how to do this.
