Thanks a million Eleanor. I don't have the licence number, as it was an licence which was purchased for me through the dept. of education, and I never installed it myself. I'll have a look at the embosser and figure out what the number of that is. Thanks a lot for that contact in the UK, I'll give him a shout and see. I know the embosser is called a 'Braille Blazer', and that I got it in 2001, but apart from that I have no idea off the top of my head. I'm using Windows XP.
