OK Christina, I have a Braille Blazer myself and love it. Are you using it with the seriel port? There is a list of embossers and that one is listed so it can be set. However, if DBT is not installed, it will require the seriel number to install. Provided you can give George all the details he will probably be able to check back on the records for you. I have a very old Braille embosser (around ten year old), which uses Duxbury 4.0. The embosser was givent o me at school, but we swapped it for one we had at home, because the 'school' one was smaller and lighter, whereas the one we had originallya t home was made for more heavy-duty work. The embosser used to work fine, but it doesn't work at all anymore... I thin I simply need to reinstall the software - but I don't have a copy of it anymore.
