[vip_students] outlook 7 and other queeries

Hi all
On my new laptop I tried to open outlook tonight and got a blank screen. My
only option was to press escape and I got a message to say that it was not
completely configured. Waiting made no difference
Also when I went on to the internet, I got a message box saying not enough
memory after line 26, that has me baffled as I've used the internet plenty of
times with no difficulty.
I have avast set up and running.
Also I want to know how to switch of the mouse keypad on the laptop as I keep
hitting it and selecting and changing things unknown to myself. I tried
control panel but it didn't let me do it.
Any advice welcome
