Well, not having word 2007, I'l describe roughly how it's done in earlier versions.


If you want the NewLine i.e., when the enter key was pressed character, to be removed:

You go into the find & Replace dialogue, or ctrl+h;
and in the Find Waht: field;
then you tab to the More... dialogue, and activate it with spacebar;
then you activate the Special... button with spacebar or enter;
and then you locate the character you want to be removed - in this case, the new line character ^p, (or even the line-break character if lines were too short);
and then tab to the Replace field;
and press enter on it leaving it empty.
tab to the Replace All button and enter on it.
