Before you do this, have you made sure that the document window is maximized; that your documebt view is appropriate, like normal or print; and that your Zoom is a reasonable size - not too large. It doesn't make sense that someone would do an improper word document in the manner you indicated.

To tidy up what I wrote earlier.
, I believe you would do the following:

hello flor

its a word document and on each sentence of the doc the sentence can be continued for another few words but this one the lines are broken and in some cases the word is broken and continued onto the next line. as far as i know this is called a line break or maybe a sentence break.
