[vip_students] slow and distorted sound

Hello All,
Sometimes the sound slows down and distorts. The keyboard won't
respond. It can go on for a few seconds or a couple of minutes. And
then snaps out of it like nothing went wrong. Usually happens with
Youtube, but not always. I did a Disk Cleanup, Check Disk, ran MBAM,
and did a full MSE scan. Nothing turned up. I trawled the forums.
The advice was vague. It could be the sound card, the graphics card,
the hard disk controller, bad RAM, corrupt drivers, or a gypsy curse.
Anyone else with this problem and what did you do about it?
