Hi susan,
It does sound like you're getting an information bar telling you that a
pop up has been blocked. Can you try this and we can see if internet
explorer is set to block pop ups.
First open up a web page.
Press ALT and T to open your Tools menu.
Arrow down until you hear Pop up blocker.
Press your right arrow and you should hear a setting that tells you what
setting your pop up blocker is at.
If it says Turn off pop up blocker, then your pop up blocker is on and by
hitting enter you can switch it off.
Maybe try this just to see if it sorts out the link issue.
