Dear Susan,
Open an IE window. Press Alt+V and then T. You should be in the
Toolbars menu. Use the up and down arrows to scroll through the list.
Active toolbars should have a check after their name. To turn off an
active toolbar, arrow down to it and press Enter.
If you want to remove the Google or Yahoo toolbar, open the
Add/Remove Programs control panel, scroll down through the entries by
pressing Down Arrow until you find the appropriate item and press Tab
until you hear Remove and press Space,
