Hello Jenny, For some reason I missed this post from you earlier and want to help you out here if I can. I believe your problem is caused by the following. Win XP has a default setting to restart at just about any error. It makes things difficult to analyze when it blows through and restarts the computer. This can be turned off in the following location; 1. Go to Start menu then Settings 2. Right arrow into settings and press enter key on Control Panel 3. Now press the letter "S" till you hear jaws say "System" and press the enter key. 4. Now when in system, press keys "control + tab" to jump to the "Advanced settings tab" 5. Now use your tab key to move to the "Startup and Recovery" section button and press the "spacebar". 6. When in the "startup and recovery section, use the tab key and tab over about "8 times" till you come to a checkbox that says "system failure, automatically restart, checkbox checked" and use the spacebar to "uncheck this option. 7. now press the tab key to the "ok button" and press the spacebar". 8. Tab key again till you get to another "ok button" and press "spacebar" again. 9. Now you should be back out into the control panel, just use keys "alt + F4" to close it. And then reboot the computer.
