When doing such a search, do not include on Twitter in the search phrase.
Now, to find out more about the person/organisation behind the tweet: what I do is copy the handle (after the 'at' sign) to the clipboard; press ctrl+Win+i (which opens up a buffer in theQube); then paste in the clipboard to it. The buffer will soon populate, with a number of their tweets.
Sometimes the person can be on behalf of an enterprise, sometimes it's somebody who saw one or a few of your tweets and liked them, or saw your Twitter profile and likes the look of you!

But this means that anyone wishing to follow you, will have to request you to allow them see your tweets and you will have to enable each follower to do so. many Followers come and go. the better ones however tend to stick around.
