Hi Kathleen,

Here is a direct link to the Windows XP SP 3 download.
Make sure that you use it soon as the link below will expire in two or three
days.
When you go to download it, choose run by hitting run with the spacebar when the file begins to download and if it asks a second time to run then do the
same again. Otherwise just follow whatever other prompts by choosing next.
