I had an idea of trying it, but noticed that I'm using CreateFile and DeviceIoControl (for different puproses) using "\\?\root#media#0002#{dda54a40-1e4c-11d1-a050-405705c10000}\topology" path. The "TOPOLOGY", not the "WAVE" confused me.. Ok, thanks! I will check it out now.
