waveInGetDevCaps function - I do not get PropertyHandlerComponentId called. But 
i'm pretty sure it is working because when I use KSstudio.exe i receive debug 
messages from this handler. And KSStudio shows correct GUIDs of my driver.

Looks like you might need to do DeviceIoControl directly..
