For Vista, remove everything above portcls and ks.sys - the User Mode Audio 
stack replaces kmixer and sysaudio.

Btw, kmixer is history in Vista+.  And there's no way of invoking a hardware
mixer in Vista - the software mixer is burned into the graph building
algorithm for the Vista audio engine.  Obviously you'll be able to use the
hardware mixing capabilities of your audio solution with your custom
software, but the built-in software won't take advantage of it.
