The device driver itself doesn't expose any volume properties ... so I'm
assuming the one that I can control is generated by some defaults from
WaveCyclic or by kmixer. It must have a db max > 0 because if I set it
to the max, the values that come to the driver are greater (louder) than
what is in the PCM data I'm sending. Is there a way to just remove
volume adjustments from the stream processing? Maybe my only option is
to add a volume control property to my miniport that has a max of 0? All
this stuff is new to me ....
