Hello Matthew,

KSPROPERTY_RTAUDIO_BUFFER (without notification) requests are
rounded up to the nearest multiple of lcm(PAGE_SIZE, 
WaveFormatEx.nBlockAlign).

Thank you. Maybe it is reasonable to mention it in the docs?
