Because it's not. You can't just push random buttons and hope that it
installs your driver package. There are a dozen ways to install drivers
in Windows, many of which are leftover from days long past. They don't
all work for all kinds of drivers.
The documentation in the sample told you the right way.
but I don’t think it will change something about the fact that this
SYSVAD driver has not been neither validated nor certified.
You're aware that this is a SAMPLE, right?
