If you contact Microsoft DDK development support there is a way to do that.
They may be able to help you with it. Of course any such solution will not work
in Vista.

Yes, it is for Speakerphone/Call progress functionality on XP. The goal is use
system (for example, motherboard) audio as a modem handset.
