Well, I believe the user is always right. If you ask your customers, they Will tell you the user IS always right. It may very well be that Win XP Supports two identical devices (because of different serial numbers) But if it fails to give the user an indication of which device is which, Then the way it handles things is the wrong way. So, suppose I would really like to write my own midi driver for a USB device, Which are the steps I need to take? I start with a WDM framework but what next?
