[audacity4blind] Information about selecting tracks and Autotune

Hello.
This is Vitor Ferreira from Portugal; i have just subscribed to the list.
Could anyone tell me how to get a nice autotune plugin for Audacity?
Plus, how can i select specific tracks from a project and add effects or any
other operation? For example, if i have a 10 track project and i want for
instance tracks 3, 7 and 9 to sound 40% to the right? I tryed to select all
these tracks just befor editing but it didn't work, i had to make an individual
selection of each track and all the audio. Is there a quicker way to do that?
