Hello. I am starting to do multitracking as well and finding the same problem. As far as i am concerned, it's better not to have output trough checked. To be honest i don't think if it's possible to correct latency in that particular setting. The best choice may be either listening to the keeboard through external speakers or headphones, or, if possible, throug the monitor of a mixer. Hope that helps.
