Hi Ron,

sorry for the delay in responding - I've been very busy this week.

I currently have four versions of Audacity installed, all of which I currently have on my desktop. I've labelled the icons as Audacity 1 2 4 through Audacity 1 3 4 beta.

1 3 4 isn't publicly available yet, 1 3 3 is. You might want to download and install 1 3 3 beta since it has many screen-reader friendly keyboard shortcuts, unlike 1 2 4 or even 1 2 6.

Let me know what you do and how I can help out.

cheers

David

Hi Dave.

I've been thinking about upgrading or at least using 2 versions of Audacity. However, I think it might get confusing when learning the set up.

 Hi Scott and Ron,

Indeed, I've been finding the developer version of 1.3.4 a joy to use with
my screen reader! Much improved for me over the "official" release of
 1.3.3.

One of the other developers today suggested releasing an early
Windows-only version of 1.3.4, which I supported, indicating there was one
unnamed user on this list who would probably benefit from an update from
1.2.4 to 1.3.4. You can install two different versions of Audacity to
 different folders.
