I just meant that if you started recording before you left, ou'd have to edit. But, look at the links in Gale's message, should answer your question better than I did From: don wardlow [mailto:wardlows97@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Sunday, February 10, 2013 13:17 To: audacity4blind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [audacity4blind] Re: remote recording with audacity What does "Trim the recording," mean, and how would you do it? I'm not aware of a delayed recording option. It's not a free program, but something like Applian's (http://www.applian.com) Replay Media Catcher may do the trick. It allows you to schedule recordings. Sadly, the scheduling doesn't look as powerful as their discontinued ReplayAV, but it's an option I would look at. I use their products frequently for capture projects.
