Cindy, Here is the way I preserve the info on a book I am validating.I use Jaws so I move to the top of the page. I next use the table jumping function by pressing the T key until I get to the table that holds the info on the book. I then move down one line to the title of the book. Next I do a control+shift+end to select all the info from that point to the end of the page. I now do a control+c to copy the info to the clipboard. Now I switch to another session and open a new file which I call the same as the title of the book but give it a .txt extention. I now copy the info from the clipboard into that file and save it.
At this point the file will have all the info on the book and I can go back and read it whenever I wish.
I tend to keep a special folder where I place the book files I am validating. I put the book info file in that folder as well so they are in the same place.
I hope this helps.----- Original Message ----- From: "Cindy Ray" <cindyray@xxxxxxxxx>

First question: 1. When one downloads a book to validate, how can one preserve the comments from the volunteer who scanned it. 2. How does spell check work in OB.
