Hi, Cindy. Do you have Microsoft Word on your computer? If so, I think you may find proofreading a document to be easier if you convert the Openbook file to rtf and load it into Word. If you don't have Word or want more info on using Openbook for proofreading, there is a section about the spellchecker in the help file. It's been awhile since I've used OB for proofreading and don't want to give you wrong information. I keep Openbook on my machine now only so I can open books from step 1. I immediately convert them to rtf and work on them either in Word or Kurzweil. Monica Willyard
