Hi Dan,
I did the same thing, and the book arrived after about 36 hours. It may be
that your book is longer and takes longer to do, or that Sunday is an even
slower day, or not worked at all. I'd suggest you give it till tomorrow
morning, then write to support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx if you haven't heard by then.

I requested an MP3 download on Friday to see how it works.
I have not seen any email about it yet.
I did close the browser window before I got any notification that it was
complete. I did this because it was taking a rather long time to
complete.
Could this be why I am not seeing the email yet? Do I have to leave the
browser open until the completion?
