Hi Dan, You do not need to leave your browser open in order to receive notification that your mp3 download is ready for you. It's just taking a long time because the service is very new, and lots and lots and lots of people are making requests. So far, everyone else who has mentioned a delay has received their notifications. It's just taking a really really long time to receive the notifications because so many many books are being prepared for mp3 download. Let us know if you don't receive notification by Monday noon, please. Or better yet, notify support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx at that time. Just in case some other thing is causing you not to be notified. They are the best able to figure out the cause of notifications not arriving to you. Hope your note comes very soon! I have not seen any email about it yet. I did close the browser window before I got any notification that it was complete. I did this because it was taking a rather long time to complete. Could this be why I am not seeing the email yet? Do I have to leave the browser open until the completion? thanks.
