If this is the book I can ge t it from the library. If it's a different book or
different edition let me know.
I'll post on the volunteer list about the book (I'll CC you if I remember) and
maybe someone who's better with charts than I (I translate them into sentence
and paragraphs; I haven't been able to figure out how to do it, smile)
Anyway, if I end up doing it, there's no hurry. I have 3 - 4 books to do first,
one quite long..
