Hi Don and Beverly,

Many of the books on the checkout list are Wish List books. Mostly these
books are scanned by staff and proofed by volunteers.
I'm guessing that staff-scanned books aren't included in the count of
volunteer-scanned books.

Hi Don,
I wondered the same thing. My guess was that the extra books had been
scanned in a prior year, and were waiting on the list for proofing. Just a
guess, though.

I have a curiosity question. The numbers for 2019 indicated  579 books
proofread and 518 scanned. That makes the number of books proofread higher
than the total number of books scanned. Where do these extra books come
from?
