Oh, how sad! We often don't think about our pets...well, some of us do, but
sometimes, the general population doesn't think of their pets as being
susceptible to the same things we can be. Some people just have dogs just to
have them and keep them tied up all the time, and it's sad. I wouldn't want
to live like that, so what makes them think their dogs want to? *smile* OK,
I'm not from PETA or anything like that, but some things do bother me!

Oh I agree! It is just too hot to chain a dog outside. Our neighbor's dog
had a heat stroke and died because of that.

Probably she will not, replace anything and he has been a bit better
today, he is learning that I don't take any of his nonsense. When I say
"no" I mean it.
I would never chain a dog in this heat.
