[bksvol-discuss] Problem renewing books

Hi, all. I'm having an interesting problem, and I'm not sure why. I have two
books I'm working on validating, and I needed to renew them. My husband just
bought me a laptop as an early birthday present, and we got it last week. Last
night, and again this afternoon, I tried to renew those two books using the
laptop and kept getting a Web page error...I don't remember exactly what it
said now, but now that I'm on the PC, I just renewed them with no problem. I
don't understand why it would work on the PC but not the laptop. Does anyone
have any ideas? Thanks, and take care.
