Regarding putting page numbers on pages that have no numbers in the print
book, an older version of the manual, I thought, said to number pages for
the sake of continuity. That is the only reason I have been numbering
unnumbered pages for three years.
I have not looked at the recent versions of the manual to see if that
suggestion is still there.
