Hi all,
First, send to the list, and do not include anything to the request
address. You've got a bunch of 'unknown command' lines in your msg.
Second, we can't help you unless you give us the following information.
1. What operating system are you running?
2. What word processor are you using to proof your book.
3. What screen reader are you using.
You're asking for Windows commands, word processor commands and screen
reader commands. Suggest you sort out in your own mind which is which,
then organize them accordingly. Sorry, but we simply can't help you
without some information to go on. The only question I can answer is
that yes, you need to keep the file in .rtf and submit it in .rtf.
