Hi. I find the Kurzweil scanner page to be very old and ut of date. Many of us are using the Plustech Opticbook 3800 book-edge scanner and liking it very much. It runs a bit more than many epsons selling for $239 or so but I think it well worth the cost. Hi, all! It looks like my faithful Epson scanner didn't weather my recent move very well, so I need a new one. I have the KNFB reader for my iPhone, but I'm not sure how well it does with books. Does anyone have suggestions for scanners that work well with K1000? I'm going to check Kurzweil's website as well... Hopefully, they still have that page that talks about how compatible different scanners are with it. But any suggestion is appreciated! <Smile> Thanks! Jana
