Debby,

Last night I tried to attach the latest version of the Proofreading manual as a 
Word attachment to a post to this list. It was rejected as too large.  will 
send it to you via your private email. Feel free to circulate it.

The same document will be uploaded to the wiki. there it will take advantage of 
hyperlinks to aid in intelligibility and navigation while as word it is just a 
flat file.

Hi Scott!

Thanks for giving us such explicit information on what the converter
does.  I have always set the body text at 12 point, and am glad I have a
better idea of this sizing stuff now.  I wish your clear instructions could
be added to the scanning and proofreading manual.
