Oh yes, my last step last night before giving up was to send a message to support. They have not yet answered. It is still a bit early where I am and it is even earlier in California, but I am a bit anxious to get this problem solved. In a message dated 8/1/2008 6:03:08 A.M. I immediately signed up for a subscription and proceeded to download my first book. I ran into a problem. When I entered my password in the unpack tool I got an error message telling me that my password was wrong. I tried again several times. It did not work. I deleted the book and downloaded it again. It did not work. I deleted the book, changed my password and downloaded it again. It did not work. I uninstalled the unpack tool and downloaded and installed it again. It did not work. At all steps I checked that my caps lock was not on and was very careful to type my password correctly. It did not work. I am using JAWS 9.0 with Windows XP. Any ideas? ____________________________________ Get fantasy football with free live scoring. _Sign up for FanHouse Fantasy Football today_ (http://www.fanhouse.com/fantasyaffair?ncid=aolspr00050000000020) . **************Get fantasy football with free live scoring.
