I would have reclaimed the book, had I ever had any success uploading it
last week. I spent over four, more like six hours starting Saturday
through Tuesday at various times trying to make it upload with no
success. I don't mind taking the time to fix something up, and I had no
problems downloading or renewing the book but after spending so much
time trying to get it uploaded, already having a high-speed connection,
a fast computer and having zipped the file, I gave up. Maybe when life
settles down here a little I might try another validation but for now, I
think scanning is more my forte--and I do not do much of that right now.
The book I scanned last spring uploaded in about 15 minutes using the
same computer, same programs on the computer, same fast DSL connection,
nothing has changed that should have caused me to have this problem.

I think Sue's idea is an excellent one. You can put in
the comments field that you had to reject the other
one because of all the errors and that this one isn't
totally finished and needs work, because it will
probably go to the download list, and someone else can
pick up where you left off.
It's been so long, I've forgotten the title. Is this
the book that's a handbook or dictionary or reference
for nurses?
